·               Pre and post-launch CDMA-1X/EVDO/LTE deployment and optimization of Western PA, Central PA and Pittsburgh market.  This includes joining migration bridge calls and taking care of RF issues related to the migration.

·               Monitor LTE performance on a per market basis in terms of RRC connection failure rate, connection drop rate, S1 setup rate, and Average sector UL and DL throughput, Init ERAB success rate.

·               Performed cluster CDMA-1X/EVDO optimization of Western PA market to improve KPIs in comparison with legacy performance.  This includes coverage validation and no harm report generation using Mobile Meridian.

·               Automated pre-launch CDMA-1x and EVDO neighbor list creation using Microsoft Access database.

·               Performed parameter audits for consistency.  Examples of such parameters from the parameter dump are: Transmit Attenuation, Registration Zones, T Add, T Drop, TComp, FA Index and FA Ids.
